How it Works

Each workshop runs over a two-week period and is conducted fully online. After registration, participants receive access to structured educational materials covering scientific writing, literature search strategies, reference management, and manuscript revision techniques.

Participants are assigned a clearly defined role in the preparation of a scientific manuscript. Tasks are tailored to the participant’s selected authorship position and academic background, and may include drafting specific sections, data synthesis, critical revision, or methodological input.

Collaboration is conducted on a one-to-one basis. We review all submitted work, provide detailed corrections and guidance, and ensure that participants learn through direct feedback and revision.

Authorship on the final ISI-indexed article is granted only if the participant fulfills the assigned scientific responsibilities and contributes meaningfully to the manuscript. The final authorship order is determined based on the quality, depth, and completeness of the contribution.

Upon completion of the workshop, participants receive an official certificate of participation in a scientific article writing workshop, and the manuscript proceeds to journal submission. The typical timeline from workshop completion to publication ranges from four to six months, depending on the journal review process.
